Mr Jones was born into a musically tolerant family, being some what of a hippy background Paul learnt to appreciate rock, ambient, experimental and electronic music from a very early age. At the age of 10 he was already into mixing tape decks and listening to early 80s house and electro music, by the time he was 20 he had amassed a huge record collection of electronic artists and had decided that music was his lifes goal. He began to DJ in one of the UKs largest and most prestigious venues in its day "The Empire" on sugar shack nights, he could be seen spinning for 6 hours in the second room of the club. The club itself has a 1000+ capacity and Paul could also be seen in the main room warming up for all the worlds international dance acts and djs.
Paul eventually tired of only Djing and took it upon himself to learn how to create music from scratch, he enrolled onto numerous Music Technology, Audio sytem Design and egineering courses, after completion of these he then started his own record label Disclosure Project Recordings, and has since started a second label Farmhaus records..

 

Paul has progressed even farther and now has opportunities every day to remix acts on labels such as exquisite music/night drive music/elevation recordings/deepclass, and works due out on others. And has since become an international dj managing to play abroad and on international radio shows himself.
